City Park's Dolphin Fountain

The Dolphin Fountain is situated at the corner of Colfax Avenue and the Esplanade, in front of historic East High School. Closed during the polio scares of the 1950's, the fountain and pool were beautifully and meticulously restored by the spring of 1998. The Denver Water Board and Denver Parks and Recreation were instrumental in the success of this partnership with The Park People and Denver's foundation community.
